PAYMENT VERIFICATION PROCESS
To ensure secure transactions, all payments go through a verification process. This may include confirmation from your bank or payment provider. If your payment is flagged for review, we’ll notify you via email. Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully verified.
INVOICE
Your invoice will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout once your order is confirmed. If you need a duplicate or a business invoice, please contact our support team with your order number and billing details.
SHIPMENT
- Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries within the European Union.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s conditions.
If you're located in mainland Spain or Portugal, your order typically arrives within 1–2 business days after shipping.
For customers in other EU countries, delivery may take up to 5 business days after dispatch.
- If a product is out of stock but still appears on the website, how can I find out when it will be available again?
Please contact us via email at info@utzhome.com, and we’ll let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
- What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived, feel free to reach out to us at info@utzhome.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from when you receive the shipping confirmation email for your order to make a return.
Remember that to make any return, the purchase receipt is essential.
The items you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless they have a quality defect.
REFUND
The refund will be made in the same payment method used in your purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, both methods will be refunded proportionally.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made. If more than 14 days have passed and you do not have the refund in your account, please present this confirmation to your bank to expedite the process.
