Damages and issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

You have 14 days from when you receive the shipping confirmation email for your order to make a return.
To process any return, it is essential to provide your purchase receipt.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging intact.
Personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive with a quality defect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will be split proportionally across those methods.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
If more than 14 days have passed since receiving the confirmation and the refund has not appeared in your account, we recommend presenting the confirmation email to your bank to help expedite the process.
